DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?

Shipping Cost is calculating by weight of an items and country of destination.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Shipping varies depending on your location. General delivery time: 2-7 business days

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via PayPal.

 HAS MY ITEM BEEN SHIPPED YET?

If you buy item in stock, it’ll be shipped in next 2-3 business days after purchase. If you buy item “for order” it’ll be done in 1-2 months and shipped after.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We can change your order details while its processing time (not shipped yet). We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, we do send track numbers via emails, also you can find tracking information right at Order status page

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately our shop have no returns or refunds (until there’s our fault). Our goods are plushies for personal sexual using and it can’t be resold. Also often it’s plushies made by customer’s own design which also can’t be resold.

But if you have any problem with your order after getting it - please contact us via e-mail and we’ll help you to solve all your issues!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we began to work on your plushie - there’s no ability to cancel the order.
